At the time of the session your non-refundable sitting fee needs to be paid in full. Portrait sessions are never rushed and typically last anywhere from one to two hours. Most of my work is done on location in natural light, so your home, backyard, or local parks are all great options. I prefer outdoor sessions, when possible, because children are the most relaxed in outdoor settings and the light helps create beautiful portraits. When shooting outside, keep in mind that early morning or late afternoon sunlight is best. If an indoor session is desired, it helps to do it in a room where natural lighting is available. I encourage you to bring your child’s favorite items to the shoot; blankets, stuffed animals, toys, hats, etc. all help to keep your children entertained and acting as natural as possible. As a mother, I anticipate the unexpected so I plan for breaks during each session. Plenty of time will be allowed for diaper changes, snacks, and clothing changes. Please note, if the weather doesn't cooperate for an outdoor session, we will reschedule at no additional charge to you.
About two weeks after the session, I will e-mail a password to your picture gallery . All galleries are active for TEN DAYS, all orders must be placed within that ten day period. A $25 republishing fee is charged for all expired galleries.
